Hristo was born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria. He attended the University of Sofia and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration.
After working in the hospitality industry, more specifically as a manager in 5-star hotels and resorts, Hristo, was committed to go beyond his clients expectation. He is recognized and known for continually exceeding clientele customer service expectations at well established names in the industry and members of the Leading Hotels of the World; such as Rosewood Hotels and Resorts, Four Seasons, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants and Belmond.
Over the years his clientele have ranged from Santa Barbara locals to business executives and celebrities from of all over the world. He was able to achieve the highest level of customer service and clients relation which play a key factor at his successful real estate career.
With his strive for success and constant improvement, Hristo, is in the process of earning his Broker Associate recognition, and he has already earned the following professional recognitions:
